Very nice and accomindating, not in personal change but I think when things are under warranty the guest should be aware before they see the bill with warranty / parts included. Justin explained the issue, and also sent something else to my email so I knew exactly how much my bill would be. This is the first time I have purchased of a lease and not just released a new car,
