This is my third Lexus and I am completely satisfied with Javier as my service advisor. He was one of the top reasons I chose to buy another Lexus over any other brand of vehicle. I bought my Lexus at the Henderson location, but Prefer to come to the Sahara location because I trust him . Thank you .

Everyone seemed distracted...I felt lost in the shuffle and my results were not explained to me. Also I was considering purchasing a larger tire for all four wheels and I wasn't even given the opportunity to inquire about that. Sorry but I cannot give an exemplary review at this time.
