Mr V was rude and condensing. I told him I had something in my shoe and set down in a chair in his office after he visited with me. He basically ask me to leave his office because he was with “customers”. It took him and his crew almost 30 minutes to bring my car around and only after I complained twice to get my car. I almost was shouting at him to get my car. He finally went and got it. Check in was friendly but check out was rude.
I had to change out my car's battery. I understand the price of the battery was 207 dollars, but I ended up paying over 400 dollars for a simple battery replacement. Way over priced. This means I paid more than 200 dollars for a half an hour of labor. Can someone please explain?

As always, Lexus’s team always does a fantastic job getting my car fixed in a timely manner and I’m never left waiting too long in the lobby or without a car. I am always provided a loaner and the process is so quick and easy. All problems were covered under warranty and there were no unexpected surprises. Kristina was professional, friendly and a pleasure to work with while getting my door fixed. I’m a Lexus customer for life!
