Vince was so amazing, the overall experience was great from beginning to the very end. Someone greeted me as soon as I got there. The atmosphere was really nice and staff are all so friendly. I can't believe the phenomenal service I received. Vince was absolutely wonderful, he's super friendly, professional and he made the expeience so much better because he was thorough and I was out of there in no time. Exceptional service and I thank everyone at Lexus specifically Vince. Thanks again

The people were great. The issue is that, after I got my car back, the air conditioning isn’t working properly. Either it doesn’t blow any air through the vents on the dash, or the driver side will work, but the passenger side will only blow warm air.

Joel was a wonderful service coordinator. I was promised a courtesy car and it was waiting for me when I showed up. All service was done, except it was sad. You did not have a wheel repair tech available on the weekend. I love Lexus on Sahara you guys from sale to service to eventual trade-in and upgrade have treated us the best we’ve ever been treated by a car dealership. Keep up the great work. You guys are rock stars
