Im not an expert about car. So every time I take my car for service, I wanted to have someone like Kristina. She explained all of the issue with my car and answered everything I asked. Kristina was awesome and great it all members in Lexus Las Vegas were so very generous and kind.

Kristina was so nice and gentle, she took care of our car and fixed everything very quickly. Also we appreciate the additional services that she provided like : fill up fuel tank, clean the car in and out . It’s very pleasant us a customer to be treated like that . Greetings to Kristina and all the team ! Lexus always the best !!

Was very accommodating and offered exact needs for our vehicle. Went out of hos way to provide a loaner on short notice. As always my expectations were exceeded by the staff at Lexus of Las Vegas.
