My car is handwashed weekly and as requested Vince placed a "no wash" notice on the service. The car was not washed, and that was great. However, when the front and rear windshield wipers were checked, it left my front and rear windows very dirty as well as nearby body parts.

When I originally brought the vehicle in, it was to complete the 90K service needs while also inspecting the front driver and passenger seats to determine why heated function wouldn’t operate correctly.i receive a call that the heated seat issue was warranty as well as an issue with the driver side AC. It was communicated to me that due to the cost of the repair approval was needed by the warranty company. At no time was it communicated to me that the heated seats issue was not covered. Fast forward, I pick up the vehicle and take it home- almost $1K later. The next day I hear a slight rattle as I also notice a small rip in the arm rest. As the days go on the top gets bigger and noise gets louder. Once I return from working in another city, I return the car for service. Taking off another day to bring to bring the car in. The issue was retorting. A safety issue. When I return to pick up the car, again taking off work there is nothing documented on the paperwork stating what was found or what was done to fix the issue, why not? I’d really like your help to remedy the matter. I’d like to know how the vehicle came to suddenly need retorting. I’d like to be compensated for the error. I’d appreciate the consideration. I’m thankful nothing happened while driving an unsafe vehicle.
