Service was great, waiting area was great. I'm from Illinois and unfortunately your location does not offer free car washes w/o service. However, I was advised this is due to the water conservation required in Nevada which is understandable.

Hi, I contacted Kristina Duvall this morning regarding the following: a few minutes after I left dealership I noticed the outside temperature showed like 75 when it was 100. After I drove all the way back to Henderson it was slowly going up, but not sure it ever got to actual temperature. Secondly, the odometer was showing 9999 miles. Seems like it was left on reset so I'll need go thru manual to figure out how to return it to what I normally see. Other than that, all is okay.
