Well, got my car back from an issue that had to do with I was told the fuel pump and it was going to be covered. Then I was told it was a hose that got damaged from a replacement of a battery which is fine because the battery was replaced. I pay the 741.00 to replace a hose which seems pretty crazy for a part. I get my car back and now my AC blowing warm air. The AC worked fine before I brought it in. Also, come to find out that the fuel pump had a recall on my model the GS 350. Anyway, feel like I wasn’t disclosed the info about the recall and way over charged to replace a hose and now my AC is screwed up so no this isn’t a good experience.

Overall service was okay but I was offered a Lyft to get my car but I have to pay from my own pocket because the Lyft guy did not show up. I think you should do something for what have I paid for my Uber.

I initially brought my car in to have ac fixed. Notified that repairs took longer than expected and would go into the next day. On day 2, I was notified that repairs were complete and I could go pick up my car. Immediately after going into my car and driving a few miles, I noticed that ac was not repaired properly. No air was coming out at all when I raise the temp anywhere higher than low. I got frustrated cause it seemed like your technician didnt even check their work before saying work is complete. I felt like a wasted another personal day coming back to lexus to have my ac fixed properly.
