I went for alignment recommended by the mechanics on my last service. I had 1.9 to be fixed on my right tire they fix it and now it is on the left tire. So after paying for the service I still have the same problem just on another tire.

On a scale of 1-10 I give my service a 8. Staff was extremely nice and accommodating but my only complaints would be. I had a 1:30 appointment and didn’t get done until almost 4:00, and lastly as much as I appreciate the complimentary car wash it was poorly done. I felt like someone just wet the car with a water hose and sent it out. If you’re not go on to take the time to wash it properly I say don’t offer the service. This is my personal vehicle not a rental.

Don Turner is my favorite, he is extremely professional! He made my first purchase with Lexus one to never forget. I will never forget how he went the extra mile to make me happy. He didn’t stop there, 1 year later he was still there for my service on my vehicle, again a great experience on the service of my vehicle, making sure I was taken care of, he never disappoints. The service advisor he recommended did an amazing job as well. Thank you Don Turner ????
