Craig Kelly is the only reason I will continue to Service my car at this location. He is beyond polite and goes above and beyond to accommodate every guest. I watched him not only help me but keep an eye on the entire department. My console was actually replaced and my car was clean when received. I’m super thankful! Craig is what a person thinks about when you think about Lexus and what values it used to represent. Great to see!
