I was greeted right away by a very Polite and Happy gentleman who got my basic information and the issue I was having which was minimal. He also got me directed to the lounge. The lounge is nice it certainly won’t encourage anyone to stay longer than you need to, but it covers the necessary comforts. My car was done in roughly the time frame given and I had some questions answered she got a bath and we were on our way home in a very timely manner. The staff was great and I hope I was in kind. I have always loved this Lexus dealership and am glad to be back.

Poor communication throughout the process I had to call multiple times to check on my car and when I could return the loaner. My car wasn’t returned in the condition it was in originally items from my glove compartment were left on the seat. Despite paying $1,800 and coming back three times, the actual issue wasn’t diagnosed properly, and I was told the repair would cost $9,000. Overall, a very frustrating experience.

I’ve been with this dealership, Lexus Of Las Vegas, since 2006 and I’m always completely satisfied with the service. This is the best dealership I’ve ever dealt with ever! Henry was wonderful. He explained everything very clearly and made sure my car was not only repaired but absolutely clean inside and out, they’re the best. Thank you, Lexus!
