Honestly one of the most mediocre Lexus experiences I’ve ever had. My parents always took me to Lexus dealerships growing up and that’s why I as proud to buy a Lexus. But the quality of service in this location made me feel otherwise. The so called 14 point inspection somehow didn’t uncover the issue with our trunk. When I followed up, I was told to make another appointment. Also no courtesy car? I thought this was a luxury brand but it must be time to switch to Mercedes or bmw
