Very good services. However. I have no comparison with any other deal ship though.
My experience at Lexus has been an experience where the team; Justin and the service staff have been very helpful, informative and friendly. They make me feel confident about the work they do in making sure my needs are met.
Joel is great. He was quick to find a loaner as my car needed additional service items that I had not planned for while waiting. Customer service is above par, and the attention to detail is recognized.

The servicing of the car was great and went quickly. The problem was when we went to pick it up (after being notified that it was ready) we waited about 20 minutes for our car to be brought around and finally went to our service rep to ask about the delay. He went and got if for us right away. We feel that you need to come up with a way to bring the completed cars out much faster. Thank you.

To whom it may concern,
I checked off "No" to the questionnaire due to an incident that happened when picking up my vehicle. I was notified that my vehicle was ready, upon arriving at the service center my advisor was out to lunch. The problem was that so was the majority of the office staff leaving noone to attend to customers. I waited at the service desk for a long period of time waiting for help before flagging down an employee that could assist me. I asked to speak with the manager prior to leaving and reported my dissatisfaction; I told Craig that all of his staff leaving for lunch at the same time and leaving customers to wait was not professional nor good business practice. As a customer I don't want to feel like I'm bothering someone to do their job, a few members that were left saw me standing there and stated ..".someone will be with you", and that never happened! This was my first visit to your dealership for maintenance for our new vehicle. I'm hoping that our next interaction is better since I was not impressed on how I was treated today.
