Everything was working (navigation and radio) before the 12V battery replacement. When I called to inquire about the cost of the battery replacement what was quoted and the price given to me was higher. In addition when my car was returned to me, navigation and radio did not even start up. It is possible it is the anti theft prevention but the customer service rep had already left for lunch and suggested replacing the entire system when it was working fine before this battery replacement. This is worst customer experience ever.

The customer service was great, but I was disappointed upon receiving the car.
I stopped and looked at the part that was installed today and noticed
there were missing screws, and the gasket was not properly installed back to its original place. (front windshield collection rubber gasket)
In which I installed back myself.
It was unprofessional for the Lexus brand dealership to make this simple mistake in which customers trust Lexus's quality work.
I didn't think the technician did not check his work and rushed the job. I feel bad for customers who are not car savvy and don't open their hoods regularly.

Showed up 20 minutes early for a 11am wheel alignment and at 12pm was told my car was just put on the rack. An hour and a half later, it was finally done. Will not use your stealership again. Will go to Toyota for service.

Everyone was lovely. My car was done hours ahead of what I was expecting. Thank you so much to everyone who worked on my car today, especially the women who answered all my questions and had me sign paperwork (can’t remember her name but she answered all my questions and was very friendly) will definitely be back to this service center and highly recommend it.
