I used ro work for BMW for 15+ years, I was working every day with service advisors. I can say that mr. Javier, my service advisor knows very well how to treat customers properly. Hands down. All service was top notch, and I’m very happy of the service at your facility. Thank you. I’m not planning to sell my car, that’s the reason I opted out of appraisal.

I did feel like I was treated like a valued guest although I was told that it is “normal” for my car to smell heavily of gasoline following the repair of my rear main crankshaft seal. My entire garage currently smells heavily of gasoline and do not think that this is normal. I will be calling tomorrow. Thanks.
