Thank you, Henry I am always overwhelmed by the incredible service I get from Lexus Las Vegas I love the new information system on exactly where my car is as it’s being serviced. I have a door that groans when you open it. It doesn't do it every time. Lexus says they can't fix something they can't hear. I'm dissatisfied with that answer.

Very disappointed! I did verbalized my complaints to Henry, as expected he can’t do anything about the issues about the model of my car RX 350 Year 2000……my third car in your dealership. I’m from L. A., I’ve had Lexus since 1995, from Sherman Oaks L. A. My sales person in 2012 was Don Turner, took advantage of my being naive.
