They are nice and great me with smile, very concern about what happened. Kay approached at the door & said she help me soon as possible, have a seat at the waiting room, make yourself comfortable. Have no ride home, Kay was able to get me loaner. She was helpful & gave a good customer serviced. Pick up the car running good and clean. Thank you and appreciate the Lexus maintenance team for giving me a good customer service. What a team!!!

Everyone was great. Awesome customer service. I will say, however, that other Lexus locations do a much better job of the vaccuming, wipe down, and rinse. This could potentially influence my future choice of where to get my car serviced in the future.

Received Excellent customer service from Henry Montoya , although upon receiving my car back during my visual inspection of my vehicle I noticed a small crack on my passenger side front windshield that was not there before. Other than that everything is looking great and car runs as it should, thank you !
