I called to see if I could bring my car in earlier than 3 ( my appt time) . Girl said yes. I arrived at 20 till 3 and did not get out till 5:20. Too long to wait for what I had done. I was the last customer to leave even though many came in after me. I was not offered a ride home and should have been for that long of wait.

When a customer has a Lexus we expect guidance to avoid further issues to correct a problem. It is disappointing that LV Lexus dealer is unable to change windshields or refer to a vendor then guides the vendor for specific issues in the year and model of the Lexus they are working on. It is prudent that not a secretary or receptionist advise what type of replacement given the particular model at hand. It is a known problem of what happen to my vehicle after replacement and Lexus needs to respect and own the problem and not tell a customer it is not related to the windshield replacement. That infuriates me that you blame my vehicle for having a. Independent coincidental problem which is not at all true. Do you think customers are that uninformed and uneducated. It makes me not want to buy Lexus and own one in Las Vegas if something so common as windshield damage cannot be repaired at the dealer and the dealer cannot guide a trusted vendor for specific models. I know Lexus is trying to protect the vendor. I am not upset with the vendor that ran into issues due to the consequences of the replacement but the failure to inform a Lexus customer of potential issues and guide appropriately. Ask Google or AI the question of what issues arise with the install if a aftermarket windshield or any windshield of the Lexus LX 470 and it is clear. Please think about a customer who pays top dollars and cannot have a full service dealer.

Everyone was friendly and professional from the attendant checking me in to Vahagan to the tech/video. Service was excellent and quick considering I did not have an appt for the possible tire puncture.

We had a bit of an issue when I told Kristina my phone number was wrong on the paperwork. She wrote down my number but never fixed it & I never received a text that my car was ready causing a lot of frustration spending an extra 35 minutes sitting waiting. Also, my lights were turned off which I didnt realize until driving at sunset for 20 minutes in traffic with no lights. Not a great first experience and kind of felt like Cadillac all over again. Hoping next time is better cause I do love my car.

I had a scheduled appointment, arrived on time. Took about 10 minutes before I could drop off the car because service was 5 cars behind. When I scheduled the appointment I was told it was going to take 1,5-2hours. When I signed the paperwork I was told it was going to be 2 hours. I drive a full electric RZ300e so the service consist of inspection, tire rotation, and liquids if needed. The service took 2h 45 minutes including the wash. I got home and noticed that the techs set my tires to the wrong pressure. It is sitting at 38psi while 42 is the recommended level. Please schedule less vehicles per day so you can deliver on the promised timelines.

Our service advisor, Joel Gooding, was great as always. Joel kept us apprised of the progress on our maintenance and repair work and as always, we were provided with a loaner car for the 4 days our car was in the shop. We are very happy with Joel and the service we get at Lexus of Las Vegas

My service representative is the most professional sweetest guy in the world. His name is Henry Montoya. Y’all need to give him recognition by him lunch or something because he is absolutely the best I came in there today at my lowest just wanted to cry because I lost both keys to my car within a month. When I called him in a panic, he just told me what to do to get the car there gave me a telephone number to call the tow truck and tell me the tow truck driver would get me there as well. He took care of everything for me.

I asked for my a/c to be checked since you were dunning a special & it was never added to my ticket unbeknownst to me until I got home. The ticket placed in my windshield for my next service had WRONG info listing “53k Sept” yet I was there to have my 80k service. I tried to locate my service advisor to get it corrected & couldn’t find him anywhere after asking someone else for assistance so I left! After spending $600+ I would had expected a little better service but I guess U was wrong
