We were worried about the amount of time it would take to repair the defective shock absorber, but the repair took as long as I thought, much to my wife’s surprise. Thanks to your technician’s skill, we had enough time to get out and have a very productive afternoon. Thanks, Lexus!

Battery died on me the same afternoon at Costco. After Lexus said the battery was good. The battery was tested at only having 10 volts. That put me in a very bad predicament

I would like to recommend when loaner cars are given, the customer is informed if it’s a hybrid or gas vehicle. I received a loaner, it was running and serviceman told me it just like your model. I drove away but when I went to start it I was stumped because I didn’t hear the engine. I called after several attempts to start it only to find out it was a hybrid and all I needed to do was put it into gear. I felt really embarrassed. Never driven a hybrid so was expecting the engine noise. I thought something was wrong with the car.

I think everyone needs a pay raise at this location because everyone looked depressed and dull. No proper greetings, someone got mad at me for parking in the wrong spot, and made me get back in my car to move it to the right lane, everything was so confusing. I thought the Henderson location was bad, but this Sahara location has been by far on top of my worse dealerships I’ve been to. Unfortunately is my closest location to me, but I will say I much rather drive 30 minutes to Henderson to get my car service needs.
