Checking all the fluids I would think power steering fluid would be included. They said they usually do not do that. That needs to be included. Rely to Nissan to keep up with all my fluids oil changes etc. my power steering fluid got low. That’s why I asked if they check it she said no.

My clean detailed truck was ran through the car wash, not washed just rinsed and water left on it. Best part is was ran thru the wash with the sunroof open. Steve handled my concerns. I won’t bring my truck back there unfortunately unless I have to. Sales side there is amazing. Managed well. The service today was very poor. Also the waiting room chairs are disgusting. I spent almost 100k with this auto group in the last year and I’m asked to wait on the nastiest of chairs. Do better! Thanks! No hard feelings just honest about a very poor visit!
