The oil fill cap was not placed back on after the service. We did not discover this until Saturday night. There is oil all over the engine compartment and on the windshield and hood area as well as my garage floor . I hope that there is no engine damage. I will be by the service dept first thing Monday am with the car so that this can be resolved.

Aaron is a great employee explains things to a customer But my negative is that I brought my car in from squealing brakes and they found nothing wrong but I just can’t take the squealing brakes all the time. Wish rotors and new brakes were put on.But I guess I will be looking into trading it in somewhere

Lissette Mendoza, Has a smile always, very warm and friendly always so happy to help in any situation explains the situation of your car. Does outstanding customer service. Great asset to Asheboro Nissan with her job performance does, everything in detail. I have been dealing with her on many occasions with my vehicle, so I do know. She is very thorough in her work performance. Outstanding personality as well with customers. Outstanding character that she has. So I can honestly say my experience has been very good. The service was very good and everyone was very kind and friendly , however the cost of what I had done was quite shocking, it seemed to go up substantially from when I first arrived , the cost of $500 for what I had done seems quite high
