He was super nice. Very polite and greeted me with a smile. He explained everything and said he would let me know when it would be ready. He is a very professional person.
I made an appointment because of the problems that were going on with my car. The problems were a simple fix and I was out within 30 minutes and this included the waiting time.

As a loyal customer for 13 years I was disappointed with the way they handled me this time I needed to get some tires from another place because yours was too high for what I needed so it could be inspected after they finish doing my other repairs all I wanted to do was take the vehicle to put the tires on and come back so they could inspect it but I was was told they couldn’t do that I was leaving my frontier there while I was going to go down the street but they didn’t let me do this
I have brought several vehicles here and I was getting ready to buy one once they were finished if this is how you treat your loyal customer maybe I need to go somewhere else

Jack was very thorough and professional. I was extremely pleased with the wonderful service I received, particularly since I was from out-of-town and was concerned about getting on the road for a 4-hour trip! I was able to leave on time, relieved that my car was functioning properly. Kudos to your outstanding team.

The service was on time and I was out in amount of time it took the oil change, tire rotation and courtesy car was. Aaron was gone to lunch when the vehicle was finished, so Jack or his name Jacob checked us out and did an amazing check out! 5 stars to both of them

I would be, but I went to get my keys fixed (due to a recall) and only one of my 2 keys got fixed. The spare was folded and in my cup holder. The recall fix makes them unable to fold.
Everyone was very efficient. I was in for oil and tire change only but was told what was suggested for my vehicle at the mikes I had and we will take care of those things on next visit
