I was satisfied with Aaron, BUT, the last people to inspect my air filter was you, when I came for a free oil change. The problem with my car was that the air filter was in backwards, thus allowing dirt and debris to get past it causing major air flow problems. I expect a phone call...****-****-xxxx
Aaron does an outstanding job at taking care of customers.
Paid $158 for diagnostics test on possible transmission problem. No codes came up. Was told I could get software upgrade for $300. Was given a list of other issues. Did not feel like good customer service. Was promised a new sun visor when we bought the car 2 yrs ago. Lisette told me I’d have to check with sales. No effort to help with that.
The air filter should be included in the oil change with a minimum charge of $85.
