Laziness, i walked out after I paid and my hood was not closed, my steering wheel was moved up to the highest position, seat all the way back and my driver side mirrror was folded. I had to fix every aspect of my car and even close my own hood before I could leave the parking lot. Again… laziness Lady at the front desk was nice though.

I have been telling staff for a long time over a year that transmission was slipping but was told it wasn’t showing a code so they could not do anything with the warranty. They had me pay awhile back to update the system and it did not still show any code. The warranty has expired and now today after it is now slipping alot it threw a code. She told me she was going to send it in along with showing the times I told them it was messing up to see if they will honor the warranty as it now needs a transmission. It is not my fault it did not throw a code that is Nissan’s programming so U should not be penalized. We have bought several nissans but if they do not honor the warranty it will be our last as it started slipping around 42,000 miles! The staff at Asheboro has always been friendly. My complaint is against corporate and your warranties

I would like someone to check and see if my catalytic converter should still be covered under manufacturer warranty. Online it says federal law requires manufacturers to replace defective converters. Not sure about the exact year and miles. I saw 5-8 years or 80,000 to 100,000 miles. I would appreciate if someone would look into this for me and call me back.
