The website says the plan was to be removed to check for metal and oil and oil filter to be replaced. I don’t think that was done. I was told it was just checked out. What’s up with that. The explanation on the invoice was very vague.

Jack is always awesome when I come in. On the last visit something went wrong with the scheduling but he accepted me anyway and provided service .
The speed of the service exceeded my expectations. Jack greeted me at the door, took my keys and directed me to the waiting room. My initial assessment came to my phone asap and I was back on the road within an hour with an oil change and brake fluid change. Well done!

I got my car serviced there on Friday, when I left the tire pressure light came on in my car. I didn’t have time to come back. I have other things to do so on Saturday I had my neighbor check my air pressure and the tires were at 25. It says they’re supposed to be 3536 so therefore they did not even check that I did ask for my tire to be rotated. I hope they did get rotated.
Jack made every effort to make sure that I was satisfied with the work provided. New tires and alignment seem to have improved the overall performance of my vehicle.
