Got appt day before for Friday
First, there was no one at the counter and I had to wait approximately 10 or 15 minutes for the attendant to show up. Next, my car was pulled into the bay and sat there for about 25 minutes and I could have left but had to wait. The attendant asked me would I like a receipt and I to wait even longer and still did not leave. Finally, I was given my receipt and told to have a good day; however, I received a text 2 hours after I left that my car was ready and my inspection report could be viewed. The inspection report said that my air and cabin filters needed to be changed but I was never asked about that. This visit was well below my expectations.
