Jack was one of the most friendliest person I have came in contact with since I have been coming to Asheboro Nissan service department. He gave good customer satisfaction. He showed me and made me feel that I didn't only exist as just another customer,he made sure I was comfortable and all my concerns and needs were met. Good Jack. You are awesome.

Service people were great. I had a 11am appointment and my truck wasn’t touched till 11:50am. What’s the use in making an appointment. This has happened on several occasions. Was told by service person that management has upped the number of appointments they have to do in a hour. Service people can’t do what management is asking them to do. I almost left and went to a competitor. If this happens again I’m going somewhere else for service. The service people were fine
