Zack is great! Unfortunately, I recently have had the need to be in the service department several times in the last month. I know he hates to see me coming cause I make him turn red every time. It’s all in fun. The waiting room is not where you want to spend your afternoon but you just make the best of it. Everyone has been professional, curious, welcoming and made it as painless as possible.

Everyone who assisted me with my Nissan were so professional and listened carefully to my concern over my car. They assessed the dilemma thoroughly and explained the problem in a way I could relate. That gave me confidence and trust in their expertise working on my car. They helped me when I got burned by another mechanic and garage. Everything was done quickly abd efficiency. My only disappointment was the surcharge for using a credit card. If I had been aware of that in advance, I would have had cash I r a check along to defer that charge. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

I was fine with the inspection and oil change. I felt misled into believing that the transmission flush was necessary for the inspection. By the time I thought about it and realized it wasn't, I couldn't stop it. My son is a certified mechanic and could have saved me quite a bit of money.
