Wife, June took highlander in for oil change, told staff she would wait, sat for 2+ hours waiting. Service people were trying to reach me, but I was at home using chainsaw. When finally called in to try to find her, no one had any idea she was waiting! And, no one had looked in waiting area!
My phone message said there were service items which should be done, but when they finally talked to her, nothing was said about them?

I bought my vehicle there. I am looking to buy another. I suspected that I had a sensor malfunction but you would not do a quick diagnostic despite my repeated requests. Also your new text feature is nothing but window dressing. The 3-4 times I responded to texts I got from Roan I got not a single response. I am going to use my local Columbia Falls mechanic the next time I have any issues and I suspect they will be more responsive.

I am good with your service. But the previous time I went in and was told I had a massive hole in my oil tank. Since I have learned not to trust one opinion I left it, oddly enough I never did get it fixed. No mention of the “massive hole” this time. Just that I need a new battery…. One that I bought brand new just over a year ago. It’s still under a warranty.
I know when I am trying to be bled for money. I really don’t appreciate that.
I will just say that I won’t ever spend a ton of money without getting a second opinion. I am a single mom and my money has to be very carefully spent.

Mason was great! I just had surgery last week and had my disabled husband in the car when the warning light came on. Went directly to Toyota and Mason made sure I was taken care of. Great people at Kalispell Toyota!

It was over an hour and a half between the time my Vehicle Check In was completed and my cars oil change service was finished. At that, no one even told me my car was done. Paperwork and keys were just sitting next to the service agent….Was my worst experience at Kalispell Toyota. I have been coming for years with different vehicle for oil changes. I think yesterday was my last.
Excellent service fast and friendly
Took 1.5 hours for a scheduled oil change, and got no help with a simple fix of inserting a navigation dvd to reset the display screen.
Overall it was a terrible experience and we're not likely to come back
