Will not be returning for service in the future. Been a customer since 2015 with 2 leases and a fully paid off financed vehicle. 3 vehicles total. History doesn’t seem like I’ve gotten a fair deal anytime. I realized I was sold a vehicle with apparent bad tires because I needed to purchase new tires 1 yr into the purchase. Unsure if that’s my responsibility to be aware of the tires during the purchase, but I was told all used cars go thru an inspection. Just purchased a new lease from Keyes Hyundai and I’m hoping they’re not connected.
Bill always makes my experience better. Bill is the reason I bought a second Lexus knowing I would get Bill as my service agent.
Alejo was amazing. Communication 10/10 I really feel like he had my best interest.
Had to wait too long to get car after service. I should stay in very nice waiting room and someone says car is back from wherever you keep it.
Danecia is terrific. She is the reason I have my Lexus serviced at Keys.
