I had a terrible experience at Lexus Van Nuys. Mr Pastoral made mistakes when he input my VIN number twice, and the service people also did a very poor job. After the service, the A/C of my car didn’t work well and it had a foul smell when I would first turn it on. I’m never going to that particular location again.

I really wanted to say thank you for accommodating me in getting me a loaner car because it helped me get back to work. I also enjoyed the hospitality by my new service advisor. I was offered water and was notified when my car was ready. Once I picked it up he explained what was done. The only thing I failed to ask him was that I needed the pink form for the recall to get my car tags and for the DMV registration. Overall it was a positive experience and will return for my next appointment. Thank you.
