Andre was great not the other two John & Samaneh. I left Yelp and google reveiws. I emailed Ramin and the manager of Samaneh nobody had replied to me!!! HORRIBLE experience

We were notified that our vehicle needed a lot of work and would come to $5000 dollars. We declined and took the vehicle somewhere else and was told that there was no problems with the vehicle. I feel that we were led on and the Lexus dealer was being unethical. All I went in for was a tire rotation and fluids checked.
