Anthony was terrific. Knowledgeable and efficient. However the loan car situation is terrible. It took me almost an hour to drop off my car for service, just because there were not enough loan car people to handle the number of people dropping of their cars in the morning, most of whom were rushing off to work. Surely it can be done more efficiently as it is at thousand oaks and woodland hills lexus. Dianne Gorsey
