I wanted to order the roof weather strips in advance so I only drive to the dealership once. I leave in NJ about 30 minutes away. The person who does the appointments said No because she had no idea what I was talking about so I did the appointment online. I added the notes regarding the weather strips replacement for the roof and I still didn’t get it the day of the appt. Channel said the noted didn’t pop up until after the service was done. So she order them that day and I had to take another day off from work to go the next day again. If the person that makes the appointments is not familiar with car parts she needs to put a service specialist on the line or ask and call back. The whole point of doing it in advance. Was to not drive there twice. She didn’t even make the effort to ask someone what weather strips are. I believe her name was Susan.

Received no update of my vehicle with the work being performed. I dropped off and was told it would be about 3 hours for the concern I had and an hour and a half for inspection. I called at around 2:30pm and was told it would be a little longer. I received no further updates on my vehicle. I would of liked to have known if it would stay overnight so I could have planned my morning tomorrow for dropping off my grandkids at school

Whoever the person was that assisted me at the front desk, so the end was amazing. The Mechanic was awesome as well, but the person who dealt with me at the front walked me through everything so I just want to say a big thanks to that guy.
