My car was nice and smooth and I just came here to oil change but the mechanic told me your spark plug is need to change. I said OK but he couldn’t change properly. now my car is checking very bad. The second day I scheduled back and came again, but they failed to fix it. It still shaking so I park over there in your area and give the key to your service man.

No cabin air filter in stock for the supra and I had to ask them to make sure if the air filter got replaced or not and they said oops sorry it had to be ordered
Service manager Rich agreed to replace the oil filter house as I requested because it was tightened way over torque spec at my last service at Faulkner. When the service was complete David told me they had not replaced the oil filter housing because it was not damaged. But that was not what was agreed to. There could be latent damage due to over tightening that might not become evident until later. Tech that serviced the can noted the housing was over tightened. The oil drain bolt was also over tightened. This all points that tech (at the time) was not using proper tools

I have the wheel package, but we disappointed that I was not eligible for a rental car when my wheel was damaged. Dave was great, but only following company protocol, which was disappointing.
I discovered no coordination between my sales person, Eric, who arranged the date, and the service department for my day of arrival. I was treated rudely by Rich the service manger the day of arrival telling me I wasn’t supposed to be there even though I had spoken with him several days before. I had requested a large suv as a loner because I had been hit in a head on accident iwhile I was drivingTahoe and was afraid of smaller cars. I was told on the phone that they would try. Upon arrival I was offered a smaller vehicle and refused it recounting the previous conversation. I was taken to Enterprise for an Outlander. Rich acted disgusted through the entire process. When I went to pick up my supposedly fixed car, I noticed the trim on the fixed fender was obviously separated from the fender. It required my sitting in the body shop for an hour and half while that was corrected. My question is why didn’t the body shop notice this mistake if I could?
Faulkner was so pleasant when I bought the car…but offered a horrible experience when they were fixing a problem that they offered to correct when I purchased the car.
