I said no to recommendations and did no sign the form in the text message.They did them anyway and charged $250.Girl said she did not hear me.If you don’t know the answer ask again.I am the only one on the car .

After done my car, car was parked outside for 50 minutes and they don’t give me my paperwork and keys even I asked David he said I have need print paperwork from computer then he took another 15 minutes to give my key to cashier desk totally waste time without any reason They park my car outside after finish job at 10:30 am Ang give me Key at 11:45 am
