had an appointment at 7:45 AM and dropped off my truck before that time. During check-in, the representative asked if I would be waiting at the dealership for my vehicle, and I responded that I would be out and about. She then asked what time I would be coming back, and I told her to give me a call when the service was completed. I chose this option because, during my last visit, I waited almost two hours for an oil change. I waited until 3 PM for a call that never came, so I decided to return to the dealership to inquire about my truck. When I arrived, I found out that my car wasn’t ready. I checked the app and noticed that my truck hadn’t even been touched, as I received notifications whenever someone opened the door or hood. So, basically, if I don't wait at the dealership (which wastes at least two hours), does that mean my car goes to the end of the line for service? What’s the point of having an early morning appointment?

Something happened to my driver's side window. After being serviced, the window makes a scratchy or squeaky sound when going down and gets stuck sometimes when going up. I showed this immediately to the attendant and a service manager and they said it wasn't their fault without checking anything, saying it was purely coincidence. This started immediately after the car was serviced. A pretty big coincidence. I am convinced something accidental happened during service and now I have to spend more money to fix this problem. Extremely disappointed.

Chanell and all the team at Faulkner are a pleasure to deal with. I still bring my 2013 Corolla to the Faulkner/Trevose location for services. I will be looking to possibly trade my vehicle in September for a 2025 Corolla.
