Shannon is the most knowledgeable service advisor I have ever had. I have bought multiple cars across all brands and he is the best I’ve seen. He is personable, caring of your needs and an asset to Faulkner. Based on my interaction with him, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. All my cars will be bought at Faulkner Toyota for the rest of my life. I had an appointment at Toyota today. They told me I would only have to wait one hour for the oil and filter change, but I ended up waiting for two hours. The employee, David Martini, was very rude and had an arrogant attitude. Instead of speaking politely or apologizing for the delay, he acted in a very disrespectful manner.

I came in expecting the usual — long wait, mystery charges, and maybe a stale cup of coffee. Instead, I got the Spa Day for Cars treatment. These folks had my vehicle feeling so pampered, I half expected it to roll out wearing a robe and cucumber slices on the headlights. The service was so fast I’m convinced there’s a NASCAR pit crew secretly working here. They explained everything clearly, didn’t try to sell me seventeen air filters “just in case,” and even topped off my fluids like they were auditioning for a Fast & Furious movie. By the time I left, my car was purring, my dashboard was smiling, and I was considering bringing them cookies out of sheer appreciation. 10/10 — would absolutely trust them with my oil, my tires, and maybe even my hopes and dreams.
