They messed up my 360 Degree View - not working also phone system - when I call someone, the call comes back to me, and I don't know about other functions working properly. I am very disappointed about my first Service. Must need to be fixed

Service was great but my wheel was dirty along with my shifter. Wheel n shifter should be wiped down before giving the vehicle back to the customer.

I always thought I had a unique positive relationship with Shannon. Today, as he was going above and beyond for me once again, I had time to watch him interact with other service customers. Seems he has a positive , if not unique, relationship with all of them. It was nice to see.

Shannon has always been helpful, friendly, obliging and informative. I have dealt with him as my service writer for years. I can always count on him to take good care of my car. On a score if 1 - 10 I would rate him a solid 10.
