Whenever I schedule an appointment for service, I always make sure Shannon Haughney, my wonderful service advisor, will be there on the day of my appointment so I can see him, not always to ask questions, but just to say Hi and talk for a minute or two. I also always want Jonathan Gushue to be the mechanic who works on my car. Both Shannon and Jonathan always make me feel like they appreciate the fact that I never have taken either of the cars I purchased from Faulkner Toyota Trevose to any other service provider.

Shannon on the spirit what I want it and walked into Florida and I questions were and gave me the right answers and he did you have them he told me okay very honest I only go to China anybody else I will walk out and go to somebody else nothing against anybody else is just today have to deal with the same person that I call start with I talk text I do not type so excuse anything that does not make sense thank you

Great experience as always. The staff is very professional, courteous. I’m very happy with the new system that they implemented in the service department where they take any doubts of any repairs necessary to your vehicle by giving you real time video where the technician explains what is needed and why. (5 stars)
