Liked dealing with Blaise. Don't like excessive reliance on phone use. When it comes to my car more face to face contact is preferred.

I was told that my appointment would be one hour and it was one hour which I appreciate that. I also really like the video that explains exactly what they did during my appointment. All of this is great customer service to me.

Francois Miuccia was a pleasure to deal with. He let me know how much and didn't pressure me to have other than what I came in for. He also how the driver Bob,very nice, take me back and forth so I could attend to my sick husband. Great service.

Blaise has been helpful, friendly and thorough -- very professional-- over the years. I trust his judgement and suggestions. He gave good explanations of what would be explored and what might need to be done. Both with routine maintenance and big concerns (e.g. replace vs scrap car when hybrid battery in 2010 Prius experienced water damage. Not sure I like the text messages about write-up and recommendations Compared with more in-person methods of the past, but it would be valuable when dropping off the car for service.
