Everyone with whom I interacted throughout my entire service appointment expertise was dismissive and condescending. I won’t be returning. Saying things like “that’s just the way it is and there’s nothing we can do about it” isn’t something I’d ever expect to hear after spending $73,000 on a vehicle and driving it less than 2,000 miles. I’m very disappointed with Faulkner’s service department and will never return, nor will anyone I know.
