I was satisfied with oil change and service, but they found problems with my upper left side control arm, this problem I have since Faulkner Toyota replaced my Truck Frame by recall, before frame replacement I never had clunking noise and noise started right after frame was replaced. I asked, check this problem Faulkner Toyota many times and previously they said everything fine, finally at this last service Mechanic found the problem he said upper control arm has excessive play, Toyota service manager told me that this is not related to frame replacement, but I think it is because this problem started right after frame was replaced, I hope Faulkner Toyota would consider to do this job under warranty of frame replacement. I hope I am not going to have accident before Faulkner Toyota take care this problem under warranty. Thank you! Ulanbek J

I was over charged when I have a service contract. They refunded my points when I questioned it. Other than that everything was good. Very friendly and helpful.

Lengthy Wait for Oil and Filter Change Service! I was the dealership for a routine oil and filter change service, an appointment that typically takes 45 minutes to an hour. Unfortunately, during my last visit, the service extended to nearly 2.5 hours. This prolonged wait is concerning, as it exceeded the expected timeframe and inconvenienced my schedule. Swift attention to service efficiency would greatly enhance the overall customer experience.
