I made an appt to have the 10,000 mile service and State Inspection done . I was told by the service rep that it would be in “an hour and a half or less”, so I waited for my car. It took 2 1/2 hours to perform the service. The next day I had to adjust the air pressure in my tires and found out that they didn’t reset the TPMS sensors when my tires were rotated. I called the service dept and left a message for someone to call me to help me out with this. It’s been 2 days and no one has called me back. I’ve since figured out how to reset the TPMS myself.

Chris was very nice professional. The person that made my appointment put me on the wrong day. So when I pulled in he said that they would take me anyway . I was absolutely certain yesterday was my appointment because it was my day off

Above and Beyond!! The service team is the most consistent out there!! For the past 6 years they have serviced my Tundra and they never dissapoint. The level of communication, attention to detail, quality, punctuality and service is above and beyond every expectation I had. Service Manager (Rich), Service Advisor (Shannon) are professional on every level and should be recognized for the level of service and professionalism they provide each and every single time. The quality and level of service is outstanding! Great job!
