I will be coming in with my concerns. Too,.I am not a happy camper. They should of fixed the issues I had with the car that they messed on. The car was in the shop last year with body damage from a deer. They had some flaws on the body. That should have been fixed last year never was never was. I tried to tell them when I did the estimate for this repair job. Nothing came out of that. I still have not looked at this job work yet. Will let u know when I do.. aka this is not how customers service should be. Just wow... Have a great day.

First off, my service advisor was super responsive and kept me informed at every step of the process. This is kind of a fringe case, but a pigtail came unplugged and melted on the exhaust, but it’s still functional. This is partly on me for not asking but I wish I were given the option of having the connector that was damaged replaced. However I do believe that I understand why this wasn’t offered as it appears this connector is currently only available with a harness. The parts department offered to contact Toyota to see if they can find or make it available to order. Again, my service advisor was great, I just think I’ve gotten caught in a little bit of a mystery that Toyota will have to help out with.

I had a warranty fuel door replacement. Upon pickup, it was obvious the paint was not color matched. When the service manager was asked, he was just very dismissive and acknowledged it was pretty bad,but nothing to do about it. He repeated that the warranty doesn't cover color matching, I asked why we weren't offered that additional service, even for a fee and he shrugged. He also stated that the warranty door was already sent back 'on the truck'. The whole exchange was disappointing because I didn't feel as though he had any solution to offer for the grossly mismatched paint.
