Charged higher price than quoted for part replacement. Price charged to credit card was grudgingly adjusted. When got to car after PAYING FOR COMPLETED WORK, discovered broken tail light NOT REPLACED. I believe this is called FRAUD when a business charges you for work they claim to have done but in fact did nothing. Work should have been checked by service advisor. Turns out wrong part ordered delivered - hence price discrepancy. Instead of communicating this to me and apologizing for error, I was billed the higher price for work not even done. Had to get 2 managers involved. At least got my money back. Thank goodness looked at rear of car before driving away. No one else there did. TOTAL SERVICE FAILURE. By the way, was also there for routine maintenance. Oil change etc. Did not get print out of multi point inspection that usually get so don't even know if that work done either. Have prepaid service contract so was not billed for that.

I liked having the service coordinator come out to the car to check in, and I am grateful that the car exterior was cleaned. The billing app is poorly designed and it is difficult to figure out the charges. When I called to have the shuttle service pick me, it took six tries for me to get to a live human being to make the arrangements. Why can't the service be prebooked?

Chanell was very helpful throughout the entire process. She kept me informed and was very professional and kind. When I was there on Saturday 4/27/24 the service writer that day was supposed to order me touch up paint for our Rav 4 however HE DID NOT PLACE THAT ORDER, Chanell ordered it which I appreciate

I was there to get a tire replaced after I made an appointment the day before so the tire would be there. Two hours later they said I have to come back Monday and my tire would be in. After I explained it to the service manager Chanell Lofton she went and talked to the part department and came back and said my tire was there and they will be putting it on.
