I would definitely take the survey. Shannon was awesome. Knew what he was talking about., The special for brakes you guys offered for $99 per axle should’ve been $99 for the whole service unless you needed rotors resurfacing should’ve been included would’ve been nice that would’ve been a great special, Advertising is a little misleading… A puts the service writers in a little disadvantage of explaining to every customer that walks in there they’re not gonna get it for $99,just FYI…

Yes I was completely satisfied with the service. However, it was difficult to get someone on the phone. I called six times for an appointment and never spoke to anyone. Just kept getting the answering machine. So I just showed up and luckily they were able to take me and do the inspection.

My representative told me I needed new rear brake pads. When I checked my records, they replaced them 3 years ago. According to Google, they last from 30 to 50 thousand miles. I'm sure they would have lasted another year or more since I am easy on my brakes. I didn't realize these things until after I approved installation if the brake pads. I feel he took advantage of me.

Recognition of me as a regular customer who takes care of his car. Answered all questions, provided timely report for review and met the time given for completion of the work to be done - inspection, tire rotation, and oil change services. Friendly and efficient!
