I had an exceptional experience working with Shannon in the service department. From the moment I arrived, he handled a stressful situation with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. My vehicle unexpectedly broke down, and he immediately stepped in to help assess the situation and guide me through what needed to happen next. What really stood out was how clearly he communicated everything—he took the time to explain the issue, discuss options, and make sure I felt informed rather than overwhelmed. In an industry where customer service can sometimes feel rushed or transactional, he truly went above and beyond. He treated my situation with urgency and empathy, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure I was taken care of while my car was being handled.

There was a breakdown in communication between the part needed on my Tundra and service team. I was in lay November and needed a part. I called this week to find out if the piece got there. I was told it was. I never got notified it came in.

A few hours after coming home, the "check engine" light came on in our Toyota Sienna. I called the Service Department but no one answered. I have service scheduled for our Camry for tomorrow THU 12MAR at 8:45 PM. I would like to bring the van back in ASAP as we have interstate travel planned in the near future. Thanks.
