Im pleased with the prompt service. The only thing I was not happy about when I got into my car the inside smell like gasoline, it took me some time to get rid of the smell. I had my car serviced last year and did not experience anything like this before having to deal with the smell of gas. May wan to endure with staff other customers don’t inhale gas as it can affects he or she health.

Tthey were suppose to do a reset and obviously did not. I am still getting the reset pin pop up which is so annoying. Otherwise, the guy that signed me in was awesome and helped me understand a few things.

I’ve been with Faulkner for almost 20 years! I wouldn’t go to any other dealer. I’m thoroughly surprised at the progress going on with “car services.” Being able to see via text, of the work performed on my car, as well as the “clear” outline of both the inside & outside of my car. Such services allow me to know what services can be my personal preferences
