Wait til was too long. Appointment was 7:45 and car was not done til 9:25. Was told I didn’t need oil change but I always get an oil change after breaking in a new engine. I come from a family of mechanics. Was surprised at the price. $145 for an oil change and oil was $16.06 a quart! My friend has a brand new Crown, same engine, oil, and filter and paid with tax $94. I live in Warrington could’ve went to Thompson Toyota but I took the car to where I bought it because I know how service advisors look down to customers who bring in cars from other dealers.
Faulkner, had my car for a month! I wouldn’t trust anyone with my car that long…but “Faulkner!” And of course Shannon! In fact, everyone at Faulkner! Faulkner, knows my car “is my legs,” as a handicapped driver! They won’t release my car to me until it’s “safe to drive!” I’ve purchased five Toyota’s, everyone but one, has been purchased from Faulkner! Everyone, there from “drive-in to cashier, “are the best there is!”

My check engine light was on for a week then went off last weekend. Could not get appointment sooner than today but wanted to have you check the code to see if there was a glitch. I was told by David that it would cost 110 dollars but still may not have shown anything anyway. I have had many cars that I have taken to Mavis and have had jeeps that I’ve taken to see if they can find out through the code. What is wrong with the car but was never charged. I drive for a living as I am a hospice nurse and I often have to go to bad areas so really didn’t want to have a problem and that’s why I brought the car in while I was there and took a day off to get the car looked at I told David to just do the 20 mile check up and oil and lube. I was doing work on my computer while waiting Get a text but usually the service advisor comes out to discuss what they have found. Many service advisors were coming out to see other customers, but David never came out. I finally did look at the text about 45 minutes later when they had said there were a couple things that I should get serviced on, but meanwhile, I never saw David again two of the things were about my tires which I did get serviced. The other one talked about the HVAC. I was not sure if that had to only do with my air conditioning or the heat too being that he never came out to discuss with me. I did not get it serviced. I waited close to three hours and never saw David nor got any explanations my last. Service advisor was terrific. I was very displeased today wasting three hours of my time. I am assuming that it took longer because I did not see the text and OK the service to be done. David knew I was in there and should have came out in case I had any questions. I do not want David as an advisor again and I would like to talk to the head of the repair shop as I am very unhappy please get back to me ****-****-xxxx.
Hi, I just finished my service and 10’ ago a message appears in the car about flat tire. Could it be possible? Don’t you control that? It is incredible! You check more specific things but you are not able to check the tire pressure. Aldana
The entire staff are always professional, courteous, and willing to go beyond. I would recommend anyone to come for service at your dealership.

$165 for not putting the gas cap on right ? Nothing in the trouble shooting part of manual about that, car had less than 1800 miles, people were nice and professional, it’s a mistake I will not make again

i dont want to be contacted . next time I come in for something - just do that. -and make your service people available. mine never spoke to me . The desk person spoke over me as I was asking about my service person . She said “I dont know !“ end result- my car is fine you did a good job - my experience was difficult- Usually its better. Thats it . Dont call me .
